Client will receive a proof of delivery statement to the email address indicated by client in the notice form. Client will receive via email from Class Static Productions. It is client’s responsibility to ensure that a delivery statement is received by identifying and keeping a record of the delivery statement. The notice shall be deemed served on the date signed for by the recipient party.
